350km BMs will still put you 15km off the gate, regardless of where you warp in from. They would be useless for 'instas'. Faster travel promotes high density trade hubs and the 'Jita Effect'. I've yet to die to a sniper of any sort while hauling, don't see the issues there, and I'm referring to before WTZ.
It's not a 'free bubble'. There is nothing keeping a target from warping back out. I have a feeling you are just fat and lazy and like easy mode on.
Wow, dude. How about you stop being a copy-cat-script-kiddie-FOTM-user and learn how to play the game. I mean how much of a noob are you. I warp to 350km bm at a gate and it now sucks me to 15 km from the gate? Oh JOY, no more sniper ships EVER, I now have to mwd to a sniper spot? Good god yes, let the real nerfing begin!
Yes warping to 15km off gate is almost exactly like a bubble on the outbound gate. Learn to play the game. You can't warp off when speeding towards the gate, but if you are making a run for the gate, you can't exactly warp out now can you. Unless the game you are playing has a magic "warp without being aligned" button?
Learn game mechanics and actually undock and fight a little bit and THEN you may comment on critical game design issues.
To be honest, I think you've misunderstood the good Murder One a fair bit. What he is talking about is that you may make and use any bookmarks you wish outside the 115km boundry, but if you warp to the gate you will never get closer than 15km, no matter where you put your bookmarks.

Originally by: Strictly Forums (2) CCP had designed the whole combat mechanic, including module balancing and new ship design, around the idea that most advanced players would have instawarp and instadock bookmarks.
Wow, that's a fairly big assumption. It's completely illogical and wrong, of course, but it's still big.

Not in the least. Everyone who was not a total noob and who was in low sec or 0.0 had instas. Everyone. Of course they had to make that a central assumption in their combat design -- it was simply the reality in space.
It's true that most people had instas. It's not true that it was intentional from CCP to begin with, or that they designed the combat system around it. It's an example of creative players doing stuff developers didn't think about.
